Chastain Park Tidal Waves
Be part of the CPAC TEAM committed and focused on teaching our kids how to swim properly, in a competitive environment while most importantly having FUN!
- Registration starts March 12th
- Practice starts May 17th
- Swimmers ages 5 to 18 are welcome regardless of experience
- 6 & under swimmers will try out and must be able to swim across pool
- Free Saturday morning stroke clinics for all team members
- We have at least 7 meets this summer
- All meets will be held in Buckhead and the North Fulton area
- We have 8 lap lanes available for practice and 10 lanes for meets

2010 Weekly Practice Schedule
Afternoon Practice - Monday through Friday:
6 and unders practice from 4:00-4:30
7-8 year olds practice from 4:30-5:15
9-10 year olds practice from 5:15-6:15
11 & up practice from 6:15-7:15
**Dual Meets on May 27th, June 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd therefore there will be NO practice on these afternoons
Morning Practice - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:
6 and unders will have practice from 10:00-10:30
7-8 year olds will have practice from 10:30-11:15
9-10 year olds will have practice from 11:15-12:15
11 & up will have practice from 12:15-1:15
Stroke Clinic on Saturday:
We offer a stroke clinic on Saturdays to help the children improve on their technique
6 and unders will have stroke clinic from 10:00-10:30
7-8 year olds will have stroke clinic from 10:30-11:15
9-10 year olds will have stroke clinic from 11:15-12:15
11 & up will have stroke clinic from 12:15-1:15
**There will be NO stroke clinic on the Saturday, June 12th during the Kids-4-Kids Meet
